Wood grabber

A wood grabber, also called a clamp wood machine or gripper, is an attachment for excavators or loaders used for handling wood materials. There are two main types: mechanical and rotating.

1. Mechanical wood grabbers are operated by the excavator’s bucket cylinder and do not require additional hydraulic components.
2. Rotating hydraulic wood grabbers require additional hydraulic valve blocks and pipelines for 360° rotation control.

When installed on loaders, hydraulic pipeline modifications are needed, including converting the two-link valve to a three-link valve and modifying two oil cylinders.
