The driving wheel is made of steel through heat treatment, which is sturdy and wear-resistant.

The machine adopts the design of one single side with 1 driving wheel and 4 supporting wheels, and a tensioning wheel. The tensioning wheel and the supporting wheel is produced by CNC machining center. The diameter is increased and the edge is thickened.

Two steel bearings and rubber oil seals are installed in each wheel to enhance the flexibility of the wheel. The oil seal can prevent impurities such as soil from entering the wheel and extend the service life of the wheel.

The sheet metal parts of the machine are made of thickened steel platesof T6 or above, which are sturdy, durable, and not easily deformed.The surface is painted by high-quality spray powder, with strong adhesion, and there will be no paint peeling or rusting.

The left and right steering adopts a pull rod mechanism, which is easy to operate and not easily damaged or malfunctioning.

The track is composed of rubber, steel wire and iron skeleton. The track has a large area attached to the ground, strengthens the friction force, makes the steering and walking more flexible, and does not cause problems such as rollover and tilt.

The circuit is made of all copper wire with multiple fuses, and it is easy to operate in the form of a plug. The outer part of the circuit is protected by a thick plastic soft shell, which will not cause aging or damage to the circuit, resulting in short circuits.

The installation of the line is fixed by tools such as iron clips and wire ties, ensuring stable installation and preventing detachment.
