Emulsified Asphalt Colloid Mill

Emulsified asphalt colloid mill is a cost-effective, multi-purpose emulsified asphalt colloid mill developed by Top Machineries Company according to the needs of users. The mill adopts a 6+5 multi-stage homogenizing tooth structure and a 37kW high-power direct-connected motor, which can meet the production of various emulsified asphalts. The structure is simple, convenient and practical.

This mill is a dynamic colloid mill composed of multi-stage rotor/stator homogenizing gears. The rotor and stator are radially slotted. The shear gap between each tooth is less than 1mm. Due to the tooth-shaped homogenization design, it has extremely high shearing efficiency and conveying capacity, and the output can reach 10t/h.

When the liquid passes through the emulsified asphalt colloid mill, it undergoes the following physical processes:
