PRODUCT FEATURES

This machine is mainly adapted in small grain workshop and medium grain plant. The hulling rate is above 98%. It can work alone and also in a production line. FTP series maize/wheat hullers adopt dry hulling process. You don’t need to add water during the process. It is widely applied to grain hulling production. It can process beans, wheat and corn.

Working Principle: When running, the roller in the machine will rotating to pull off the outside shell of grain. There is a duster used for sucking the shell pieces or dust in the feedstock so that to separate the kernel and shell. After shelling, the grain while have better appearance and color. The effect will be better if use with a brusher.
