Hydraulic butt fusion welding machine

Suitable for thermoplastic pipes or fittings made of PP, PB, PE, and PVDF, operated in a ditch, workshop, or worksite. Consists of a basic frame, milling cutter, heating plate, hydraulic station, and steel stand. (Sizes above 315mm include a trolley with the hydraulic station and electro control box). Constructed with lightweight and high-strength materials for labor-saving and highly efficient working. The main accessories of the welding machine are made by fully automatic aluminum casting, ensuring a lighter, more solid, and smoother construction compared to machines made by sand-casting and steel-form technology.
