Pavement crack sealant

1. Crack slotting: Utilize specialized slotting equipment to create a notch along the crack, maintaining a width-depth ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 as per crack conditions or expert advice.
2. Notch treatment: Thoroughly clean the notch using a steel brush and air compressor to remove loose particles and debris, ensuring a dry notch for optimal sealant cohesion.
3. Sealant injection: Employ heat-conducting oil heating equipment for injection, starting from the bottom and progressing to the surface for complete coverage.
4. Post-injection, allow traffic only after sealant solidification or application of curing material to the crack surface.
