PRODUCT FEATURES

The peanut shelling machine consists of a frame, triangle wheel, vibration sieve, hopper, screen, rotor, fan, and a single-phase motor. During normal operation, peanuts should be fed into the hopper in a quantitative, uniform, and continuous manner. With the rotor’s rotation generating wind pressure and blow, peanuts are repeatedly hit, experiencing friction and collision with the rotor, leading to the breaking of peanut shells. The peanut kernels, along with the broken peanut shells, pass through a sieve with a certain aperture (initially using a large-hole mesh for the first round of peanut threshing, and then, after cleaning, switching to a small-hole mesh for the second shell). Subsequently, the rotating fan exerts force to blow out the lighter peanut shells from the body, while the peanut kernels are cleaned through the vibrating screen, achieving the purpose of cleaning.
