Two series of proofers are available: A and B. Both XF-A and XF-B Series feature full stainless steel #201 construction, direct steaming with automatic water injection, and built-in circulating fan with adjustable tray-to-tray distance. XF-A has timer control digital display, while XF-B has micro-computer control digital display and a heat insulation layer.
